Refund Policy

At My Psychologist App, we prioritize client satisfaction and transparency. Our refund policy ensures
fairness in all transactions.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Session Cancellation: If you cancel your therapy session at least 24 hours before the
scheduled time.
- Technical Issues: If a session is disrupted due to technical errors on our platform.
- Therapist Unavailability: If the assigned psychologist is unable to conduct the session
and no suitable replacement is provided.
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service due to a payment
error.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- If you miss a session without prior notice.
- If a session is completed but you are unsatisfied with the therapist’s approach (feedback can be
provided for future improvements).
- If the service availed is a non-refundable resource, such as research materials, presentations, or
reports.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, email us at support@mypsychologistapp.com with your payment details
and reason for the refund.
Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after review.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
4. Rescheduling Policy
If you cannot attend a session, you may request a reschedule instead of a refund by notifying us at least 12
hours in advance.
