Welcome to My Psychologist App (“Platform”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.mypsychologistapp.com and mobile application. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

These terms apply to all users, including clients, psychologists, psychiatrists, and mental health professionals.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services Provided

• Our platform connects users with licensed psychologists and mental health professionals for therapy sessions.
• We provide access to research materials, presentations, and academic support for psychology students.
• Booking, scheduling, and payments are facilitated through our platform.

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• Minors must have parental consent to access therapy sessions.

4. Booking & Payments

• Therapy sessions must be pre-booked and pre-paid.
• Payment options include UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
• In case of session cancellation, our Refund Policy will apply.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• We follow strict privacy policies to protect user data.
• Session details and personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
• Users must not record or share therapy sessions without consent.

6. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information when registering.
• Any abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior towards psychologists or staff will result in account suspension.
• The platform is for professional mental health support; it should not be used for emergencies or crisis situations.

7. Therapist Responsibilities

• All psychologists and mental health professionals are required to be RCI-licensed and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• They must provide a safe and confidential environment for users.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Users can cancel sessions at least 24 hours in advance for a refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Refund requests must be made via email at support@mypsychologistapp.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

My Psychologist App is a platform facilitating therapy sessions but does not take responsibility for any outcomes of the sessions.

We are not liable for technical issues or disruptions beyond our control.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete user accounts in case of misuse, unethical behavior, or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Rajasthan, India.
